Our Story

Meet Pete and Kate, a dynamic duo with a serious love for dogs and a big vision for the pet industry.

With 28 years of manufacturing experience behind them, their journey began in the world of dog wash machines, building high-quality units for the U.S. market under an Australian brand. While the machines were solid, Pete and Kate felt limited. They had no control over branding, marketing, or the ability to create truly innovative solutions for the U.S. customer. They saw the potential to do more and do it better.

So they took the leap.

With Pete’s brilliant engineering brain (seriously, the man can build just about anything) and Kate’s deep industry insight paired with her laser-sharp focus on delivering the best experience for both the customer and their pups, they launched Puppered. It’s a brand built from the ground up with full creative freedom and a mission to bring safe, smart, scalable, and innovative dog wash solutions to the U.S. pet market.

Today, Puppered offers more than just top-notch self-service dog wash stations. Pete and Kate are constantly developing new tools and products for groomers, pet stores, and entrepreneurs looking to add a stream of passive income, all while helping dogs (and their humans) enjoy a cleaner, healthier, happier life.
